Education Programs will be continually adding to our initial HACCP training course for the food service industry. Additional projects that will be added to the products and services of Education Programs include the following:

Online HACCP Pre-requisite SOP Monitoring and Reporting software.

This software will incorporate unique dynamic PDF forms coupled to a secure online database that will allow data capture and compilation using standard SOP monitoring, verifying and reporting templates. The software will be customizable create digital versions of existing documents and create a mechanism to track and report on results.

Advanced HACCP training course for the food service industry

Includes an online audit assessment tool that allows end user operators the tool to electronically identify and monitor critical control points in the receiving, handling, storage and serving safe food.
